Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
At Honorary Grounds Coffee Co., every bag you buy helps fund meals for families facing food insecurity through The Honorary Kitchen. We want you to feel good about your coffee *and* your purchase so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Fresh coffee is a perishable food product
Because our coffee is roasted in small batches for peak freshness and shipped as a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee once it’s been delivered. This is standard across specialty roasters and helps us keep every bag safe and fresh for the next customer. But that’s not the end of the story — see below.
Our “Make It Right” Guarantee
If any of the following happens, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you with a replacement or a full refund, your choice:
- Your order arrives damaged in transit
- You receive the wrong item or wrong blend
- Your coffee arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe or unpleasant to enjoy
- There’s a quality issue with the product
To help us sort it out quickly, please include your order number and, where possible, a quick photo of the item and packaging.
Merchandise & Gear
Non-coffee items such as mugs, apparel, and brewing gear can be returned within **30 days of purchase** as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Reach out first and we’ll walk you through the return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
☕ Brew Good Club Subscriptions
You’re always in control of your subscription. You can edit, pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. Once an order has processed and shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund that shipment, but we’re happy to help you adjust everything going forward.
