Instructions:

Warm the pumpkin base: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add liquids: Slowly stir in the oat milk and vanilla. Heat until steaming but not boiling.

Blend for creaminess: Use a hand frother or whisk to create a light foam.
